Shipping:
Currently NetworkCablesOnline.com only ships in the United States and Canada.  We ship via UPS and the US Postal Service.  The Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process.  The shipping calculation is based on the weight of the product, the materials to ship the product, and the destination of the product.  All orders are shipped out the next business day.  All orders under $50 will have a $5 low order fee applied during the checkout process.

Sales Tax:
If you live in Indiana you will be charged sales tax on not only the product but the shipping as well.  This is calculated during the checkout process to see if the destination is in Indiana and will automaticlly add the current 6% sales tax.

Returns:
Our return policy is 10 days from the date you receive the product(s) and is still in the orginal packaging.  You will be required to pay the shipping costs to return the product(s).
